It seems there is a ext4 data corruption bug in kernels 3.4.14, 3.4.15, 3.5.7, 3.6.2, and 3.6.3. Upgrade or downgrade if you’re running one or more of these kernels.
It’s not as bad as it sounds and in just about all normal circumstances there will be no issues what so ever.
Don’t panic. It does only occur under very special circumstances (lazy unmount + nobarrier mount option set + fast mount/umount)
I’m not panicked. :) Just wanted to let the readers be informed about the potential danger.
There is just no need to downgrade, in most cases.
